2006 BMW 650i
The BMW 650i is an elegant combination of performance and style. It's nimble handling, quiet ride, and endless power makes ordinary commutes exciting. The interior is elegant and spacious with features designed for your convenience and comfort.
It comes with a 4.8-liter V8 power plant that produces 360 horsepower and 360 pound-feet of torque. It utilizes BMW's latest eight-cylinder engine technology to produce a broad band of power while remaining remarkably smooth and silent. The six speed automatic transmission is smooth with a wide rage of gears for comfort or performance when you need it. It's a perfectly balanced car with a weight ratio near 50/50 front to rear. An Active Steering system adjusts the steering ratio for maximum maneuverability for the highway to a tighter turning radius for parking. A major improvement in luxury cars especially with BMW is features like Active Roll Stabilization, which helps suppress body roll during aggressive cornering. It allows for a car that is comfortable for cruising yet stiffens up to feel more responsive when you need it. You really have to drive this car to appreciate it.
It's a comfortable ride that has power when you need it.
Preventative safety features include four-wheel antilock disc, stability and traction control. This 650i has been upgraded with the optional run-flat as well as adaptive headlights for better visibility. It has front side-impact, full-length side curtain airbags, and a rollover protection system.
The power convertible top folds back in just under 30 seconds. It features an automatic power up setting that raises the side windows at speeds above 75 mph for a quieter drive. At speeds below, even with the top down, the drive is very pleasant with minimal wind distraction. It's design is sleek and aerodynamic which not only looks good, but has a purpose as well.
Inside is where it stands out from the crowd. The 650i has a nice blend of modern features with classic styling. The iDrive system integrates your gadgets like stereo, navigation and satellite radio. It reduces button clutter to a minimum, making for a clean dash design. The front seats are comfortable yet firm for supportive driving. With memory settings it allows for a customized fit that can be programmed for multiple drivers. Power lumbar support helps support your back on long trips. It has the heated seats package for when it's cold out. One of my favorite design features of this car is the classic, traditional layout of the gauges. It has a very stylish and classic elegance to it.
This is a one-owner BMW that is in excellent condition. We detailed this car inside and out. It was serviced with fluids and underwent a 57-point inspection for major mechanical problems. We pride ourselves in hand selecting vehicles that are of the highest quality and condition. This BMW is a great buy that is thousands less than what you'd pay new at the dealer.
