The following terms of sale apply to all of our sales and auctions. Payment Terms: If auction, the successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 (non-refundabable) deposit within 24 Hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. For all sales, acceptable payment Methods are: Cash (In Person), certified checks, bank transfers, credit card, or 3rd-party financing. Fees and Taxes: All buyers will pay a $321.10 documentation fee. In-state buyers must pay a $25.00 smog fee, a $28.25 title fee and state tax's. Out of state buyers must pay a $8.25 drive away fee plus documentation and title fees. Out-of-state or out-of-country buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state or country that the vehicle will be registered.
