The 2010 Lotus 2-Eleven takes Colin Chapman’s philosophy of “Performance Through Lightweight” to its most extreme level yet. Designed with the most serious track day enthusi- asts in mind, the 2-Eleven offers race car levels of performance coupled with legendary Lotus ride and handling to deliver a truly outstanding track car.

With an unladen weight of 1598 pounds and 257 HP waiting to be unleashed, the 2-Eleven boasts a power to weight ratio similar to that of a 1960’s Formula One car.

2-Eleven Options:

Removable steering wheel - $690

Quick release system for the standard Momo steering wheel. Makes
cockpit access easier. Can be used for added vehicle security and it
looks great too.

Limited Slip Differential (torsen type) - $1,790

Gear type Torsen limited slip differential with a 2:1 bias in a standard 6-speed transmission. Recommended for motorsport applications where maximum traction is required. Under extreme driving conditions such as full throttle acceleration from very tight corners or uneven road surfaces the car may spin the unloaded rear wheel resulting in a mo- mentary loss of acceleration. A limited slip differential avoids this is- sue, but at the expense of a loss of some steering sensitivity and an increased bias toward high speed understeer in fast corners. The Torsen differential works on the worm gear principal to deliver a smooth, stepless transition minimizing the impact on the driver.
