I wanted to let you know what wonderful service I received from Bob Viccica your service director. He provided me w/ many updates on the status of my repairs and went above and beyond to make sure the parts arrived in a timely fashion. Regardless of the fact that you sell such beautiful high end cars and I only drive a Mini, I was treated as though my business was important. Not something you encounter often in this town. Please tell Bob thanks again for a job well done. He has earned your service department a loyal customer.

Norm Baker is the best Dealership in, Las Vegas. I bought my first car from Norm Baker. After I finished college and found that big career job, I needed a car. I was in Las Vegas and I went to Norm Baker, because they had a nice 04 Tahoe that had a great mileage and was in great condition. After about 2 hours of test driving it and going over my finances with their awesome finance team. I was walking out the door with the car I always wanted!!

5 years later I was looking to downsize from my Tahoe into something with less miles and smaller. I called Norm Baker and had them find something in my price range. A month later. They did better than I ever could imagine. The sales rep contacted me on this 06 Lexus GS 330. It was more than I expected!. The finance team again sat down with me to go over all possibilities and again, I walked out of Norm Baker with the payments I wanted, and this fully load Lexus!!

I will always buy my cars from Norm Baker!

Dear Mr. Caldwell

I am pleased to take a moment to offer a quick note of appreciation. I have worked in Senior Management positions within stellar organizations where premier customer service is a way of life. I have, therefore, always expected the same high level of superior service.

Bob Viccica has always provided service satisfaction above and beyond ?the call of duty?. He has been a great ambassador for customer service within your team. Someone in your organization called me a couple weeks ago and offered me a free oil, lube and filter just because I am a ?valued customer? (nice). I called back a few days later and booked the service request with Buddy. I must admit that I was concerned when I learned that Kui was gone, because she had done such a good job for me in the past. Apparently you only hire people that ?get it?. Buddy did a stellar job of going above and beyond? just like all your team members have done to date. It was not until I drove off the lot that I realized my car had not just been washed, but looks like it was detailed. He also worked creatively with Jesus and the tire store to satisfy concerns I have had about another issue. They discovered a new problem and resolved it within the extended warranty plan. I had a loaner vehicle for the two business days and over the weekend. I refilled the gas as requested ? it all seems fair to me.

I didn?t buy my Mercedes from your company (although ? now that I know what I know, I wish I would have). I use your team to service the extended warranty I purchased because of how they always meet or exceed my expectations. I hope the money you receive from the warranty company partially covers all that your group has done for me.

Even the smiling, helpful young lady who took my deductible payments the last two times made the experience positive.

When it is time for me to buy another vehicle for my wide, son or I, I will be looking to you because I know I can count on the service end of the organization.

Just as a quick note to tell you how impressed I am with you and your company. I had my car detailed yesterday and it looks GREAT

Everyone in your company from you to the cashier to the receptionist to your courtesy driver really cares about the customer. What a refreshing change in this day and age, when poor service and poor customer relations seem to be the new standard.
